I only discovered his D Magazine writings today (his Intercept stuff I discovered a lot earlier, when Greenwald shared a link on Twitter). I am in the midst of a binge.

Update at end of the day: Virtually every paragraph from every piece is worth quoting, which is why I shall not extract any quotes and instead direct anyone who sees this to read every single one of the articles Brown wrote during the period of his incarceration.
